Microsoft launched Project Siena apps on Windows 8.1 to create apps to Windows Store.

Microsoft Project Siena launched a project for creating an application on the Windows 8.1 platform where users can create a simple app that does not require knowledge of programming at all. (If enough do it better)

for Project Siena is quite close to Windows Phone App Studio that Microsoft is always open to users. Try the app for Windows Phone has just Project Siena will come out in the form of apps on the Windows Store (the Windows Phone App Studio is a web form), and users can extract data from various databases including. Excel, Azure, REST, RSS, SharePoint, etc. (an example of the application of Project Siena can be viewed on the brakes)

Project Siena is still in beta. However, users can download the app to try it now on Windows Store here
